The Expert Panel provides direction and oversees the activies for the first OB Hemorrhage Collaborative from CMQCC. The panel consists of expert clinicians from obstetrics, anesthesia, blood bank, simulation specialist, and quality improvement. They provide training and advice on methods for improvement including processes of care methods; implementation methods for various hospital levels such as executive leadership, clinical management, interdepartmental relations and offer guidance and feedback to participants over the course of the collaborative.
