  • Checklist

    The checklist is a detailed, step-by-step guide for clinical teams to use during the process of obstetrical hemorrhage care. This document represents a consensus best practice summary for obstetric hemorrhage care from the California Maternal Quality Care Collaborative Hemorrhage Taskforce.

  • Table Chart

    The Table Chart summarizes critical processes from the Checklist and is designed as a quick-reference for treating women experiencing obstetrical hemorrhage. Both a table format and a flowchart (below) summarize the Checklist and can be used interchangeably based on professional preferences.

  • Flow Chart

    The Flow Chart summarizes critical processes of Checklist to be used as a quick-reference in caring for women experiencing obstetrical hemorrhage. Both a flowchart and table chart (above) summarize the Checklist and can be used interchangeably based on professional preferences.
