Barbara Murphy, MS, RN

Director of Perinatal Programs; Stanford University

Photo Barbara Murphy, MSN, RN, is the current Director of Perinatal Programs at Stanford University School of Medicine. She received her BSN in nursing from Indiana University and completed her MSN in Maternal/Child Health at Loyola University of Chicago.  A part of being the Director of the Mid-Coastal California Perinatal Outreach Programs, Ms. Murphy overlooks the Regional Perinatal and Diabetes and Pregnancy Programs (RPPC, CDAPP), the successful California Perinatal Quality Care Collaborative (CPQCC) and all Perinatal Professional Outreach Programs within MCCPOP. Prior to her appointment at Stanford, Barbara worked as a Clinical Nurse Specialist.
