Awarded to hospitals with fewer than 1,000 births that accrued Maternal Data Center (MDC) utilization points and MDC education hours over a defined level, and participated in an annual CMQCC Member Outreach Call. In 2024, this award goes to small birth volume hospitals that earned at least 300 utilization points and at least 3 education hours in CY 2023. See here to learn more about how these are defined.
