CMQCC is pleased to have been selected by the CDC to receive approval for grant funding as one of 27 nationally identified Perinatal Quality Collaboratives across the country. The grant funding is designed to build capacity to improve the quality of perinatal care for mothers and babies. The CMQCC grant funding will strengthen our efforts to reduce cesarean births in all low-risk pregnant patients with special emphasis on minimizing the existing racial and ethnic disparities associated with low-risk cesarean sections.
The CDC has shared an announcement linked here about these awards.
