Dear colleagues and community members, On January 5, 2026, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) published an updated childhood immunization schedule and “Fact Sheet: CDC Childhood Immunization Recommendations.” The same day, the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) reaffirmed guidance to follow the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) “Recommended Child and Adolescent Immunization Schedule.” [read more]
